El Golfo De Santa Clara is a small fishing village on the Sea of Cortez in Sonora, Mexico.It is a place where one can explore 50 miles of beach and see no one or see many.You can fish,swim,ski,camp,four wheel,run the dunes,shell hunt,drink,eat, or  just plain do nothing.

Well what a trip it was on St. Patricks day w/e.The weather was perfect with temps in the 70's,gentle breeze from the s/e 5/10mph,IT WAS PERFECT!No body hurt ,plenty of sun,food beer and the corvina were plenty.click here for pics,next trip for sure will be Memorial day,but a quick trip this w/e  is possible.

It has taken a while,i have had 2 surgeries in the last 4 months but i am back.The last trip to GOLFO was memorial day,2007.Let me tell all of you,it is getting way to busy down there on holidays.if any of you are planning to come down to party,see lots of wild and fast beach cruisers,lots of women and campers please come down on the holiday w/e's.For those who want peace and quiet all others w/e's are still good.I have very few pics from memorial  2007 w/e,click here for the pics.the next trip will be in october hope to see you there.
